Brown Rice Sushi Maki

Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked brown rice
3 cups water
5 sushi nori sheets
5 Tbsp. Mizukan sushi vinegar
filler ingredients like carrots, radishes, cucumber, avocado

Step 1: cook rice in a rice cooker or cook on the stove according to package directions.

Step 2: Mix sushi vinegar into hot rice with a wooden spoon.

Step 3: Spread rice over most of a nori square and make a line of vegetables or whatever you are putting in there.

Step 4: Roll into a tube shape and use a little water on your fingertip to seal the tube.

Step 5: Slice them. I had to use a serrated knife because my normal knife isn’t very good. I’m not into knives.
