Don’t dismiss it based on the simplicity of its ingredients, it is delicious.
2 cups tomatoes, chopped (I used 2 cups of grape tomatoes)
1 cup almond milk or other plant milk
1 leg celery
1 veggie broth cube
1 teaspoon onion flakes or onion powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender until liquified. Reheat in a microwave or on stovetop.
