Daily Vegan Lunch for 12 May, 2013: Kale Mary Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup tomatoes
1 cup broccoli
1 cup kale
1 Tablespoon onion
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 Tablespoon vegan Worchestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
